Note: The lasers are measured in continuous-wave. They are normaly mounted junction-up which means bias negative on the pad and positive on the base. To use with a power-supply ILX Lightwave LDX-3232 or equivalent. In the table you can find a list of available QC-XT lasers with different ranges of available wavelengths. Each laser appears multiple times in the table with different combination of ranges for easing the search. In order to select the best laser for you, you can use the following searching method:

1° Write down the different wavenumbers you want to reach with the same laser in increasing order.

2° Search for the lowest wavenumber in the first column and select only those lasers which contain that wavenumber in the range of the first column.

3° Among those lasers selected, search for the second wavenumber in the second column and refine your selection.

4° Iterate this process until you have found a single laser which includes all of your required emission lines.

A datasheet is available for most of these lasers; when it is not do not hesitate to request more information, additional testing may be needed.

All lasers with operating temperature >+5°C and P_max<10W or with operating temperature>+25°C at any dissipated power can be encapsulated in a HHL housing. If the operating parameters are outside this range additional cooling may be needed depending on the exact usage.
